Susan Williams
Licensed Vocational Nurse
With five years of nursing experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse, I have dedicated my career to compassionate, patient-centered care. I began my journey in wound care nursing, where I developed a strong clinical foundation and a deep appreciation for the healing process. For the past four years, I have specialized in addiction management, supporting individuals through some of the most vulnerable and transformative moments of their lives. My passion lies in helping others find hope, stability, and recovery while providing care with empathy, dignity, and understanding.
Beyond my career, I am a proud mother of four boys and have been happily married for 15 years. Family is at the center of everything I do, and some of my favorite moments are spent creating memories with my loved ones at Universal Studios, family gatherings, and everyday adventures together.
My purpose in both nursing and life is simple: to save lives, inspire hope, and leave a lasting positive impact on every person I meet along the way. I strive to combine clinical excellence with genuine compassion, believing that even the smallest act of kindness can change someone’s life forever.
Wendy Marcantel
Case Manager
Hi! My name is Windie, and I am a Case Manager at Haven Hills Rehab. I have been working in the substance use disorder treatment field for two years and have three years of personal recovery experience. My own journey through recovery has given me a passion for helping others find hope and build a life they are proud of.
As a Case Manager, I work closely with each client to identify their individual needs, establish achievable goals, recognize triggers, and develop a strong plan for continued recovery. I assist clients with aftercare planning, including connecting them with IOP programs, sober living, therapy, 12-step meetings, sponsorship, and other resources that can provide continued support after treatment.
Having experienced recovery personally allows me to relate to many of the challenges our clients face while also encouraging accountability and action. I believe that connection is an important part of recovery and that no one should have to navigate the process alone.
Working in treatment is more than a career for me. Recovery changed my life, and I am grateful for the opportunity to use both my personal experience and professional knowledge to help others discover that lasting change and a fulfilling life in recovery are possible
